London, July 10, 2018 – Humaniq, a next-generation Blockchain-for-good platform, is proud to announce a new app feature: Humaniq Stories, an App extra designed to increase its fast-growing community’s Blockchain and crypto knowledge.
The Humaniq team introduced the special new function within the App’s ‘Humaniq Info,’ a vital support bot. The feature represents an essential in-messenger content channel, where Humaniq users can easily interact and engage with content, including adding likes and dislikes, selecting articles and reading the full text of articles, and sharing useful content with friends and other users. The content on Humaniq Stories is devoted to educational and entertaining articles informing users about Blockchain technology, how to use HMQ tokens to help local communities, how to prosper without banks, how to manage finances and taxes, practical advice on job-hunting and other useful recommendations. Stories are featured in the three most popular languages in the region: English, French, Swahili. Humaniq plans to add further languages as part of the ongoing development of the feature.
Humaniq Stories is different to other sharing channels, because ‘Humaniq Info’ provides unique, educational content written in plain language to target the mass, unbanked population, including regions with very low internet speeds.
The Humaniq team is also pleased to reveal today that the Humaniq Mobile app community has now grown to more than 350,000 downloads since December in ten African countries (Kenya, Republic of Cote d’Ivoire, Botswana, Ghana, South Africa, Uganda, Senegal, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, and Rwanda). In addition to ‘Humaniq Info,’ users already enjoy bio-id access, a secure messenger with end-to-end encryption, live support chat, wallet and transaction fees close to zero – due to the Hybrid Blockchain platform the App is built on.
“While the world is moving towards sophisticated tech solutions, most of our users need to know how the new economy works and how they can seize opportunities, so that’s why we think that ‘Humaniq Stories’ in Humaniq’s native app and on social media can help facilitate the global shift to decentralised human banking for the unbanked. In the future, we are planning to add real stories from our users on the uses for the App and how their lives were changed by Humaniq, and in the not-too-distant future with more and more users with better internet speeds, we’ll add videos, some entertaining stuff and options for feedback so we are in even on touch with our community.”- said Anton Mozgovoy, VP Technology.
